Blue Pan Pizza opened in 2015 in Denver’s West Highland, bringing award-winning Detroit-style pizza to the neighborhood. What began as a cozy 18-seat spot quickly gained national attention—featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives—and expanded in 2022 to a larger, 52 seat family-friendly space.
